What is Pre-Team? 

Preparing young gymnast, teaching the proper way of technique, getting the strength & 

flexibility for skills they need, understanding why we do things the way we do in gymnastics, 

more committed and more time dedicated to gymnastics. 

What is Team? 

Team is a more competitive form of pre team, gymnasts will attend 5/6 meets throughout the year! 

How many weeks is pre-team/team? 

Pre-Team is split into 2 seasons. Fall season August-December and Spring season January- May. It is encouraged that you continue through both seasons but may drop at the end of the season if you wish. At the end of the spring season, summer practice will start again in June, working towards the next level. 

Team is one season, starting in August and ending in July. Then summer practices will start in June working towards the next level. 

All Levels:  

  Dance/Conditioning Class 

      Rotate every Saturday   

      Starting June 10th 11am-11:45am 

Team Pictures

Team Banquet at end of the season   

Team sleepover/late night  

       Date: TBD  

 

Gymnastics Camp: 

      Manditory Team Gymnastics Camp (Not included in your monthly payment)   

      July 10th-14th  

      Level 2&3   

      Level 1 at least half day   

  

Level 1:  

      $155 Monthly Includes   

          Flip Stars Leo  

          Flip Stars Shirt  

          3 Non-Sanctioned Meets  

          1 Dance and 1 conditioning class a month 

      Summer Practice:  

          Starting week of June 4th  

          Tuesday/Thursday 5pm-6:15pm  

      Season Practice:  

          Staring in August  

          Time: TBD  

  

Level 2:  

      $175 monthly includes   

          Flip Stars Leo  

          Flip Stars Shirt  

          4 Non- Sanctioned Meets  

          1 Dance and 1 conditioning class a month 

      Optional meet (Not included in monthly payment)  

      Summer Practice:  

          Starting week of June 4th  

          Tuesday/Thursday 5pm-7pm  

      Season Practice:  

          Staring week of August  

          Time: TBD  

  

Level 3:  

      $275 Monthly Includes   

          Flip Stars Shirt  

          2 Dance and 2 conditioning class a month  

          2 non-Sanctioned meets & 4 Sanctioned meets (State meet not included)  

      Competition Leo/warmups (not inclued in monthly payment) 

      USAG Membership (Not included in monthly payment, more information about this will be sent out later)  

      Summer Practice:  

          Starting week of June 4th  

          Tuesday/Thursday 5pm-7pm  

      Season Practice:  

          Staring week of August  

          Time: TBD
