Holiday Closings
There will be no classes held on Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day (after 4pm), Thanksgiving and the 2 days after, the weeks of Christmas & New Year. Any other holidays will be announced if we vary from this schedule. During the course of the year, some classes will have 5 meetings per month instead of 4. Please consult the 2019-2020 Hamilton County Sports Complex Business Calendar for exact details based on the day of week your class meets.
Special Camps and Open Play times may be scheduled during these Holiday closings, please call or check the main page of the website for details closer to the actual dates.
Make Up Policy
Tuition pays for your child's spot in the class. However, as a courtesy, we offer one make-up per month, to be made up within three weeks of the missed class. The make-up class must be of the same age and ability level when and where it does not interrupt the safety or the quality of class for those children registered in the class. We do not refund or give credit for missing a class. You must call the gym prior to the missed class to qualify for a make-up. The student must be currently enrolled in class at the time of the scheduled appointment and their account must be in good standing. Once made, the appointment cannot be rescheduled. All hour and half and two hour classes if missed—will be entitled to just one hour make-up. If your child's class falls on a holiday when the gym is closed, such as Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, or 4th of July, it is your responsibility to schedule your make-up. To schedule a make-up, call our office at (317) 773-7266 or stop by the customer service desk. Once enrollment ceases, all make up options are void. COMPETITIVE TEAM and TRAINING GROUPS are not eligible for make ups.
Personalized Classes (Private Lessons)
We have several instructors on staff who schedule private lesson times around their coaching & teaching schedule. These lessons must be scheduled and paid in advance through the front office. To get started, you can contact a member of our customer service team with the parent's name & phone number, student's name, type of instruction required (ie: needs to learn back handspring), and which instructor you are requesting if you have a preference. We will contact the instructor and notify you once everything is set.
Private lessons are available to any of our students.
30 minute Private $45.00
60 minute Private $80.00
If you would like to hold your spot for the same time recurring every week, that can be done with a $20 deposit on each date scheduled in advance. The balance of each date's fee is due 24 hours in advance of the private class. If the balance is not paid 24 hours in advance a $10 late fee may be added. If the balance is not paid before the lesson, the lesson may not take place.
Refunds: We can refund all but the $20 deposit if given 24 hours advance notice of cancellation. If you cancel the day of the private, we will not give a refund.
Student Evaluations
You may check your students progress at anytime by speaking with your child's class instructor. For gymnastics classes we pass out Student Skill Sheets once every 8 weeks. If you miss receiving your skill sheet please feel free to email us at aplusfrontdesk@gmail.com and we will be happy to forward this information to you. If you would like to speak directly with your child's instructor and it is not convenient to catch them before or after class, please give us a call or email customer service and we will have your child's instructor contact you at your convenience.
Trial Classes
Come give us a try! Try out the first class and if you decide it's not right for your child, it's free.
Should you decide for any reason NOT to register with us after taking your Risk Free Trial class, then you owe nothing. However, we hope that you and your child will LOVE it and want to continue, in which case your Risk Free class will count as the first class in your billing cycle. This allows you the opportunity to try out the class once before you make the financial commitment.
Our classes run year round. New students can join in at any time as long as there is a vacancy in your desired class. If a class is full, your name will be placed on a waiting list. We follow a monthly payment option for the convenience of our continuing students. Depending on the students starting week within the month, they may be asked to schedule make-up classes for those missed, or we may be able to prorate based on the remaining weeks.
Tuition Payment
Tuition is due on or before the first day of each month. Late fees will be assessed on the 8th of each month for accounts with open balances. Late fees for recreational classes are $10.00 per month, late fees for team groups are $15.00 per month. You can make payment in person, by logging into the MY ACCOUNT tab on the menu bar found on every page of our website, or by saving your credit card on file with us to be process automatically for your convenience between the 26th and 30th each month for the upcoming month.
Visitors
Visitors, parents, siblings, and spectators or any kind MUST remain in the designated areas. Please do not talk to or distract the children participating in the classes. Any interruptions could result in serious injury. Violators will be subject to dismissal from the premises. THIS IS SERIOUS.
