What is Pre-Team?

USAG Level 1 & 2

Pre-Team is for preparing young gymnast for a competitive gymnastics team, teaching the proper way of technique, getting the strength & flexibility for skills they need, understanding why we do things the way we do in gymnastics. Pre-Team is more committed, and more time dedicated to gymnastics.
