Professional Instruction... Family Atmosphere

Beginner - This class is for boys ages 5 and up who are just beginning gymnastics, or those younger who have completed the Mighty Tots required skills and want to continue beyond our "tots" program. They will begin to learn skills on the six classic men's apparatus; Floor, Pommel Horse, Still Rings, Vault, Parallel Bars, and High Bar plus Trampoline.

Intermediate - In this class the boys will learn to connect skills on the six men's apparatus.

Advanced - Our advanced boys currently work toward learning the Mens USAG Level 4 routines and may participate in our Men's Team or Pre-Team Program starting with Ninjas and then advancing through the Pre-Team and competition levels. This class level is invitation only.

 

Skill evaluations are completed every 8 weeks so that you can see your child's progress.

 

Parents are welcome to watch gymnastics classes from our 2nd floor open viewing area.
