A Plus Gymnastics Center

This class follows the Leaper/Mini-Leaper level. It is designed for children 5 years
of age and up. Parents are welcome to watch class in our viewing area.

You will notice that we have Swinger classes and Mini-Swinger classes. Mini
Swinger classes are during the morning and early afternoon hours. The majority of
the students are younger than 7 years old, so we limit the class to a maximum of
6 to an instructor due to their attention span at this age.

The Swinger classes are after school hours and typically have children ages 5 and
up, although there can be younger children in the class if they have passed the
Leaper/Mini-Leaper required skills.

Once they have acquired the skills needed to pass Swingers/Mini-Swingers, they
will be eligible to move up to the Gliders/Mini-Gliders level.

Any students who are enrolled in our Swingers or Mini-Swingers Level are eligble to
join our Preteam Level 1 group at any time. Please see your instructor or a front
desk staff member for details.
