How to Register for Classes...
Please complete the following steps to properly register your child:

1) Parent must contact a front desk staff person or fill out this form. Information can be emailed to us at
customerservice@aplusgymnastics.com
. You can also register by phone.

2) Tuition must be paid on or before your first class to avoid the late fee. Please include the annual
membership fee of $50.00 per family which is due with your first session tuition each business year
(business year runs August 1-July 31). Please consider the
Hamilton County Sports Complex
Community Card
this year in place of your A Plus Membership alone.

3) Parent must update and sign Student Consent/Waiver of Liability information card for each business year.
