How to Register for Classes... |
Please complete the following steps to properly register your child: 1) Parent must contact a front desk staff person or fill out this form. Information can be emailed to us at customerservice@aplusgymnastics.com. You can also register by phone. 2) Tuition must be paid on or before your first class to avoid the late fee. Please include the annual membership fee of $50.00 per family which is due with your first session tuition. Memberships are valid for one year from the start of the session in which you are enrolling. Please consider the Hamilton County Sports Complex Community Card this year in place of your A Plus Membership alone. 3) Parent must update and sign Student Consent/Waiver of Liability information card for each business year. |
