How much does a party at A Plus cost? The cost of the party is based on the number of participants and your membership status: Non-Members: Up to 12 children: $190.00 13 - 19 children: $215.00 20 - 25 children: $240.00 26 and more: $240.00 plus $5.00 per participant after the 25th A Plus Members: Up to 12 children: $170.00 13 - 19 children: $195.00 20 - 25 children: $220.00 26 and more: $220.00 plus $5.00 per participant after the 25th Hamilton County Sports Complex Community Card Holders: Receive $20.00 off of A Plus Member prices upon presentation of Community Card! Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 is required when you schedule your party and the balance will be due on the day of your party. Effective September 1, 2009, you have a 15 minute grace period at the party end to clean up and move out of the room for the next party. At the end of the 15 minute clean up time if you are still using the room, there will be a charge of $25.00. There is then another $25.00 charge for each 10 minute increment in which the party exceeds it's clean up time in the party room. New Add on: BIRTHDAY INVITATIONS!
